At CorLiving Distribution, Catherine built and ran a 1,000+ SKU direct-import program from concept to customer — owning assortment architecture, global sourcing, pricing and margin strategy, packaging and freight, and full lifecycle management. She inherited a legacy assortment that had fallen behind more trend-responsive competitors, and transformed the product development process around trend intelligence, data-informed SKU selection, and commercial scalability — significantly boosting performance and driving 40% year-over-year revenue growth.
Before that, at Cymax Group, she managed the accounts of suppliers including Ashley Furniture, Sauder, Walker Edison, Prepac, and Tvilum — building deep knowledge of how the most successful North American furniture brands position their assortments, where they win on Walmart and Amazon, and exactly what gaps their channel strategies leave open.
She has managed over $100M in purchasing budgets, built global sourcing networks across 40+ factories in Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, and China, and developed private label collections from concept through production. Her cross-category background — spanning footwear, fashion, building materials, and furniture — gives her a commercial fluency that's rare in fractional consultants.
